The club's AGM resulted in the following members taking up (or continuing) their roles for 2012,

In addition a discussion on the merits of the club holding an Open Handicap race in 2012 took place and the resulting vote decided that the club will not promote the event in 2012. Therefore the Secretary has ben instructed to inform the VVCC that the race will not take place in 2012.
